ABOUT
Josh Bundy
Providing excellence and experience in HVACR with over a decade of service in the field. I obtained an Associated Science Degree, graduated as the top tech in my class. I began working in the field and completed an additional 3 years of training earning my Mastery in HVACR. Along the way, I have also taken many specialized training courses. I have excelled in the field quickly with honesty and integrity as the backbone of my service to my customers.
After years of service in both residential and industrial HVACR, I have decided to start my own business. The most frequent problems I have seen, from residential to industrial, is improper installation, wrong application, and lack of experience. This is ultimately why I started my own business. I offer my customers the expertise and experience I have to guide them through the process with their best interest in mind. Giving them peace of mind through a very intense and confusing experience.
My goal is to provide customers with an accurate idea of HVACR from new systems to diagnostics. Do you have a system that has been problematic? Do you have a preventative maintenance program but continue to have breakdowns regularly? Are you preparing to purchase a designed system but do not really understand how it works? Are you starting a commercial project and just need someone to look over design? CONTACT ME!!!
I have experience in furnaces, split systems, ductless splits, hot water boiler systems, high and low pressure steam boiler systems, combustion analysis, chillers, water flow, air flow, ground loop, water well, air to air heat pump systems, zoning systems, air rotation units, outside air units, rooftops of any size, exhaust fans, air changes, and clean room service.
I can provide results when others have been unable to, those I have worked with stand behind me!
Servicing Western Pennsylvania: Allegheny County, Beaver County, Butler County, Erie County, Lawrence County, and Washington County
Thank you very much, it is a blessing to be of service to you all.
Services
Industrial Consultant
When starting a project even with an engineer, it's nice to have someone that understands your needs and can ask the questions needed. HVAC systems can be complex. Is future service being taken into account? Does the equipment have proven reliability? Does the manufacturer provide good customer support? Those are just a few things to consider. That's not even getting into design, it can be extremely challenging.
Troubleshooting/ Diagnostics
Want to finally get to the bottom of the issue your having? Extensive electrical background, ladder diagrams, and understanding sequence of operations is just the beginning. Superheat/Sub cooling are invaluable tools in troubleshooting cooling systems.
When diagnosing a system, if you have the proper tools and training there is not a problem that can't be solved by an experienced HVAC technician.
Maintenance/
Installation/ Repair
Maintenance can go a long way. That doesn't just mean slap in a filter or spin a new belt on. Many times I see maintenance done poorly because it's a win win for that technician. If it's missed or done poorly it's a service call later costing more in the long run. This unfortunately happens more often than not.
For now I'm doing smaller installation (5 ton and under) but I can provide technical support on piping and installation on any size system.
Repairs can go a long way in the life of your system. Proper repairs done right can provide reliability. Know when repair is cost effective vs. total replacement.
